Position: Event Coordinator
Location: Stone Bridge Farms, Cullman, AL


Stone Bridge Farms is looking for a full-time, in-office Event Coordinator to join our team! This is not a wedding coordinator position, but a key role focused on organizing and managing other types of events at the venue — including corporate events, school functions, church gatherings, fundraisers, concerts, and more.


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and skilled in email communication, client coordination, and scheduling. This position is in-person at our office and requires strong attention to detail for managing ongoing event communication and logistics.


You’ll also be responsible for representing Stone Bridge Farms in the community by building relationships with local schools, churches, and businesses to promote the venue and grow our event bookings.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling communication with clients regarding upcoming events
  • Managing schedules, details, and logistics for non-wedding events
  • Following up with leads and responding promptly to emails and calls
  • Visiting local businesses, schools, and organizations to build partnerships
  • Promoting our event spaces within the Cullman community
  • Must be available weekends depending on scheduled events


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Weekend and occasional evening availability required
  • Previous event experience preferred but not required
